The Studio has jsut one queen bed, the Kookaburra Cottage has a queen bed and a single, while The Homestead has a king and a queen. Each cottage is well equipped for your stay and each have spa baths in the bathrooms and slow combustion wood fires in the loungerooms of The Studio and The Homestead. The kitchens are well equipped and generous breakfast provisions are left for you to self-prepare. Nestled in rambling gardens The Homestead retains the country ambiance of the early 1900's. There are two bedrooms, one featuring a king size four poster bed. The other has a queen bed (and a single bed). A luxurious oval double spa makes this a tranquil escape for romantic couples. A log fire provides Winter warmth, while the thick stone walls and air conditioning provide respite from the Summer heat.

Local Attractions:

Relax in the Adelaide Hills. The Birdwood Wine and Cheese Centre is just down the street opposite the Motor Museum. There are small winery cellar doors tucked away down tree line roads all waiting to be explored. It is only a 10 minute drive to the antique and craft shops of Woodside.

Getting There:

Birdwood BnB Cottages are in the main street of Birdwood. Coming from Adelaide continue along the main street towards Mannum and Mount Pleasant. The cottages are 500 metres on the right after the Mount Torrens turnoff.
