Cancellation notified 28 days or less and more than 14 days prior to departure will forfeit the full deposit or 50% of the total booking whichever is less. Cancellation 14 days or less prior to the booking will forfeit all monies paid. Any other changes to booking dates will incur a $30 amendment fee. In the tiny Barossa Village of Light Pass, in about 1930, the Lowke family built their bungalow. They named it Lebenwohl, which in their German language means "to live well". They still treasure their little piece of the Barossa. You are invited to relax and enjoy a stay in this quintessential Barossa place. Furnished with original settler's antiques plus more modern features you will get a taste of life in their Valley. Well heated in Winter and air conditioned in Summer, the two bedroom house is ideally suited for two couples or families to discover the wineries and attractions of the region. Outside, sit under a huge old walnut tree, explore rambling gardens and historic buildings and view the vineyards over the fence. Experience the Barossa.

Getting There:

Light Pass House is in the Village of Light Pass between Nuriootpa and Angaston. In the township of Nuriootpa turn off of the main street - Murray Street or Barossa Valley Way-at the High School into Penrice Road. Follow this for two kilometres until it intersects with Light Pass Road (just before the rail way line) turn left and Light Pass House is about 700 metres along on the right hand side.
