Cancellations notified 28 days or less and more than 14 days prior to arrival date will forfeit the full deposit paid or 50 % of the total booking whichever is less. Cancellation 14 days or less prior to the arrival date will forfeit all monies paid. Any other changes to booking dates will incur a $20 amendment fee. No changes may be made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date. The administration fee on refunds is AU$30.00

In a Barossa farmyard setting, on the banks of the North Para River, this old Workman's Cottage has been beautifully renovated and decorated to give a warm Mediterranean feel. Overlooking a working vineyard, olives, lavender and rosemary you really know you are in the Barossa countryside. Relax in the outdoor hot tub and soak up the serenity of this peaceful setting. With under-floor heating plus a Jotul slow combustion wood fire you will always be warm and cosy. Your bedroom has a king size bed (or two singles) plus a modern ensuite bathroom. Take time to stroll the gardens or wander along the river bank and view the ongoing vineyard activity. Getting There:

Stephanettes Cottage is near Light Pass between Nuriootpa and Angaston. In the township of Nuriootpa turn off of the main street ? Murray Street or Barossa Valley Way ? at the High School into Penrice Road. Follow this for one kilometre and turn left into Research Road, go over the little bridge and turn right into Kalimna Road. Stephanettes Cottage is about 400 metres along on the right hand side.
