Cancellations notified 28 days or less and more than 14 days prior to arrival date will forfeit the full deposit paid or 50% of the total booking whichever is less. Cancellation 14 days or less prior to the arrival date will forfeit all monies paid. Any other changes to booking dates will incur a $30 amendment fee. Lyndoch was the first established town of the Barossa and is the first of the winery towns of the Barossa as you arrive from Adelaide. It is now home to the newest and one of the best self-contained cottages in the region. This newly renovated cottage boasts all the modern conveniences expected for corporate long stay accommodation. The decor is light and bright with not a scrap of lace or brass anywhere plus everything one could think of in the way of electrical equipment. This lovely cottage will not disappoint. The lounge boasts a big wide screen TV with VCR/DVD/CD and surround sound system. It also has the choice of a traditional slow combustion wood heater or a reverse cycle air-conditioner. The kitchen is all new in simple but stylish black and white and stainless steel and is fully equipped with full oven and stove plus microwave, good size refrigerator and dishwasher. Each of the 2 bedrooms has a king bed with comfy warm quilts and electric blankets and the spacious bathroom has a big double spa bath and separate shower cubicle. For added convenience there is a laundry which is also fully equipped with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board and there is a second toilet. Curl up and relax at Bandicoot Nest while you sample some of the Barossa's best. Children & Extra Guest Policy:

If you book for 2 adults it is assumed that you are a couple sharing a bed. If this is not the case, please indicate on the booking request. When 2 people use separate beds an additional charge of $50 is payable on arrival. Charges are calculated based on the number of guests. Bandicoot Nest has 2 King bedrooms so is great for up to 2 couples. Please advise the total number of guests staying at the time of booking to ensure adequate arrangements are made for your stay. Sorry not suitable for children.

Getting There:

Bandicoot Nest is at No 15 Jollytown Road, Lyndoch. Coming from Gawler turn right at the cross roads in Lyndoch, up Gilbert Street. Coming from Tanunda, go straight ahead at the cross roads on to Gilbert Street. Go over the railway line and after 1 km turn right in to Jollytown Road. Bandicoot Nest is the fourth house on the left on the corner of the new side street.
